Refund Policy Returns

Shipping

We offer quickest and free shipping to all of our customers across all over India. All orders are shipped within 0-3 business days based on availability in the stock and delivered within 2-7 days based on your location and address. We have partners with multiple delivery channels and have express delivery records. Please check your PIN code while placing order, don’t panic in case it is not there! In that case we send your product via Speed Post. Speed Post is a government postal service and it doesn’t have a COD option.

Returns / Exchange

We at Vesture Forge do our best with quality control. But still if you feel that you have received any faulty or damaged product, we offer a full replacement of that article. Hence, we give you the convenience of replacement of the product within 5 days of your product delivery. Return, refund or replacement is only applicable if you received a faulty product or the product has manufacturing defects. You will have to open the packet on video to make claims. Claims of any order which is not opened on video will get rejected.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You have opened the product on a single video without any cut or edit. Cut or edited videos are not considered as proof.

Our policy lasts 5 days. If 5 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Cosmetics, health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. You can initiate your return or exchange request from the order details page on the website or write us to support@vestureforge.com.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. In the case of COD we will ask you for a bank account to make the refund.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at contact@vestureforge.com.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
